Effective 24 November 2025, David Rolfe, the outgoing CEO of Erg\u00e9a UK, has been appointed CEO of Erg\u00e9a Group. As part of this leadership transition, Mark Graves, Director of Operations at Erg\u00e9a UK, will become CEO of Erg\u00e9a UK. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

David Rolfe brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and is a co-founder of two businesses that later merged with others to form the foundation of Erg\u00e9a UK, now the leading Managed Equipment Services provider in the UK. During his tenure as CEO of Erg\u00e9a UK from 2017 to 2025, he led the organisation through a period of strong growth, significant operational improvement and a meaningful cultural integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under David Rolfe\u2019s leadership, Erg\u00e9a will strengthen alignment and collaboration between Group and regional operations, accelerate its expansion into new markets, and continue to invest in cutting-edge medical technologies that enhance patient care. The local CEOs and founding doctors will remain closely involved in shaping the Group\u2019s strategy and operations, working alongside the Group CEO to deliver growth and innovation across all markets. By drawing on the expertise of this wider leadership team, Erg\u00e9a will continue to deliver exceptional value to patients, partners, and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
