The integration of Servitech will enable the exchange of knowledge, practices, and skills, supporting further development and innovation of new shared solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servitech\u2019s founder and CEO Sandro Bastone will continue to lead this new business unit of Medipass, ensuring management continuity and a shared strategic direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><em><em><em>I am proud to continue to lead Servitech in this new phase, supported by a strategic partner capable of supporting its growth and evolution.
