We are pleased to welcome Florian Meinel to Ergéa Deutschland as Director Hospital Partnerships, effective 1 May 2026.
In this role, Florian will drive the growth of our Hospital Partnerships business in Germany. Building on his experience in consulting and MedTech innovation, he will lead our business unit dedicated to helping hospitals address operational and financial challenges in radiation therapy and other clinical areas.
We are building our Hospital Partnerships model in close collaboration with our teams in the UK and in Italy, where we have longstanding experience of partnering with public and private hospitals to implement and manage advanced medical technologies in radiotherapy, radiology and nuclear medicine. In Germany, our hospital partners will also benefit from the practical insights we gain from operating 26 radiotherapy practices across the country, giving us a strong understanding into clinical practice, patient needs and equipment use

Today, we support more than 140 hospital partnerships and operate 44 outpatient practices across Europe. In total, we manage 89 linear accelerators and more than 1,800 diagnostic imaging devices.
