The Board of Directors at Ergéa Group has nominated Björn Décard as the new Chief Executive Officer of Ergéa Deutschland, effective immediately.
An MBA graduate from INSEAD, Björn Décard brings more than a decade of experience in senior strategic roles within German healthcare companies and has a strong track record in business strategy, finance, M&A and operational leadership. Since 2024, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Ergéa Group, leading the Group’s finance functions. Under his guidance, Ergéa Deutschland will continue to advance its services in radiotherapy, radiology and nuclear medicine, while further strengthening operational excellence across the organisation.
Björn is a solution oriented and highly collaborative leader, with a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape and our Group. Having worked closely with him over the past two years, I am confident he will strengthen Ergéa Deutschland’s position and lead the organization into a successful new chapter.
