Medipass has acquired a majority stake in Servitech S.r.l., a Managed Service provider for interventional and surgical departments, with a focus on interventional cardiology, arrhythmology, cardiac surgery, interventional radiology, orthopedics, and spine surgery.
The transaction is part of Ergéa’s strategy to expand its services to hospitals in Italy, where Medipass is already established as a provider of integrated clinical solutions for radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging, and nuclear medicine. The integration of Servitech will enable the exchange of knowledge, practices, and skills, supporting further development and innovation of new shared solutions.
Servitech’s founder and CEO Sandro Bastone will continue to lead this new business unit of Medipass, ensuring management continuity and a shared strategic direction.
