Medipass | Ergéa Group continues its strategic expansion in Italy with the acquisition of two medical facilities in the Emilia-Romagna region:
- Polo Diagnostico Bodi (Bologna) specializes in advanced diagnostic imaging, offering high-resolution CT scans, contrast-enhanced mammography, videodermatoscopy, and comprehensive check-ups.
- Polo Diagnostico Vitalis (Ferrara) complements its imaging services with a multidisciplinary approach, including specialist consultations, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, laboratory testing, and pain therapy. The center features 3 Tesla MRI technology for enhanced diagnostic precision.
These acquisitions further strengthen Ergéa’s presence in Emilia-Romagna, home to our Italian headquarters. Following this expansion, our network includes eleven proprietary medical centres across Italy: seven in Emilia-Romagna, two in Tuscany and two in Marche, forming a solid foundation for the continued development of the Ergéa Medical Centres network.
The acquisition of Bodi and Vitalis strengthen our market position in Emilia-Romagna, and complements our growing network of medical centres.
