We are pleased to announce the appointment of two key positions in our senior team: Brendan Loughran joins Ergéa Group as Head of Supplier Relationships, and Jason Long takes on the role of Head of International projects at Ergéa Group. Both appointments are effective as of May 2023.
As Head of Supplier Relationships, Brendan Loughran, an industry expert with over two decades of experience in the medical technology sector, will be managing the strategic groupwide relationships with the Original Equipment Manufacturers. Brendan joins Ergéa Group from GE Healthcare, where he worked in a number of high level executive and business development roles. He will report to Ergéa Group CEO Guglielmo Brayda di Soleto and work in close co-operation with David Rolfe, CEO of Ergéa UK and Claire Hasler, Head of Procurement at Ergéa UK.
The Head of Supplier Relationships role is crucial in our work to partner effectively for long-term win-win outcomes with suppliers as a group. Brendan’s extensive experience will be of great value, particularly as we are now one of the biggest purchasers of advanced medical equipment in Europe

Jason Long takes on the role of Ergéa’s Head of International Projects to evaluate new market opportunities and drive cross selling of business models between geographies. Previously, Jason led the business development, sales and marketing teams of Ergéa UK; with prior experience in product management and sales at various Original Equipment Manufacturers and as a Diagnostic Radiographer within the NHS.
With three decades of experience in healthcare services, Jason Long possesses extensive expertise and experience in almost every aspect of healthcare technology, equipment, and infrastructure. As the Group Head of International Projects, Jason will be invaluable in enabling us to maximize our group-wide knowledge, capabilities, and business models to achieve our growth objectives.
